The state of California, in the USA, continues to be ravaged by large fires, with authorities having already evacuated several homes. More than 130,000 people have already been evacuated and around 1,500 homes have been destroyed in Los Angeles County.
The state of emergency has already been declared and, in the meantime, the owner of SpaceX, Elon Musk, has already spoken out to say what help will be sent with regard to maintaining communication routes.
In response to a video shared on X where it was indicated that the reporting team was using the Starlink satellite internet network, Musk shared a message indicating that more terminals would be sent to the affected areas in the coming hours.
“SpaceX will be providing free Starlink terminals to affected areas of Los Angeles tomorrow morning,” Musk wrote.
