A 17-year-old boy died while riding a scooter on the Valencia Exhibition Bridge, Spain.
According to the Emergency Information and Coordination Centre, the boy was hit by a car this morning.
When paramedics arrived at the scene, they tried to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation and other stabilisation techniques, writes 20 minutos, but there was nothing they could do. He was declared dead at the scene.
According to the daily newspaper Las Provincias, the driver was taken to the local police station after testing positive for drug use. However, he was acting lucid and coherent and was not arrested.
